Digital Products – Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
BrandHumour currently sells digital products supplied by electronic download. As digital products cannot be physically returned once supplied, different cancellation and refund arrangements apply from those for physical goods.
Cancellations and change of mind
Where you are entitled to a statutory cancellation period, you may have the right to cancel your purchase before the digital content is supplied.
Where you expressly agree to the immediate supply of your digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once the supply or download begins, that cancellation right will be lost once supply has begun.
Once digital content has been supplied or made available for download following the required consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, no longer require the product, or purchased the wrong product.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, incorrect or inaccessible downloads
If the digital files you receive are faulty, corrupted, materially different from their description, incomplete, or you have been supplied with the wrong product, please contact us at info@brandhumour.com.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide replacement or corrected files. Where the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, we will provide any other remedy to which you are entitled under applicable consumer law.
If you experience a technical problem accessing your download, please contact us and we will be happy to help restore access or provide an appropriate replacement download.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same BrandHumour product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the duplicate transaction and, where appropriate, arrange a refund for the duplicate purchase.
Business Use Licence
Refunds, replacements or other remedies do not grant any additional rights to use BrandHumour content. All downloaded products remain subject to the applicable BrandHumour Business Use Licence supplied with the product.
